Accounts and API keys
You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials and API keys secure. Your organization is responsible for activity under its keys and accounts. Organization administrators can create and revoke keys. Tell us promptly if you believe a key or account has been compromised.
Permitted use
You may use the service to request and process public web pages when you have a lawful basis and any rights needed for that use. You are responsible for the URLs you submit, your use of the results, and compliance with applicable law and source-site obligations. The acceptable use policy is part of these terms.
Source content
The service extracts information from third-party websites. We do not own, endorse, or guarantee that content. Source pages may change, block access, contain errors, or include personal information. You are responsible for evaluating accuracy, rights, and suitability before using results in an application or model.
Credits and usage
The current credit rules are described in quote and credits. A quote is based on the service state when requested. Credits may be reserved before a call and adjusted after the result. Signup credits are promotional and have no cash value. Any paid plans, refunds, expiration, or taxes require separate published purchase terms before they can apply.
Availability and changes
We may change, suspend, or limit the service to maintain security, comply with law, or protect operations. We may update API behavior and rate limits, with reasonable notice when a change materially affects normal use. No uptime commitment applies unless separately agreed in writing.
Intellectual property
We retain rights in the service, site, software, and documentation. You retain rights you have in your submitted inputs and are responsible for rights in third-party source content. These terms do not grant ownership of source websites or their content.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, security risk, legal requirements, or material breach of these terms. You may stop using the service and revoke keys at any time. Contact support@url2llm.com for account closure and related data requests.
