This policy describes how url2llm handles information when you use its website, dashboard, and API. url2llm is operated as a sole proprietorship. For privacy requests, contact support@url2llm.com.
Information we handle
- Account information: Sign-in details, user and organization identifiers, memberships, and information provided through the authentication service.
- API and usage information: API key names and prefixes, key scopes, request URLs, options, timestamps, credit activity, response status, and service logs. API key secrets are shown once and are not available for later retrieval.
- Page content: HTML, extracted content, structured data, and screenshots from public URLs you submit. The service may store copies to satisfy later requests and support its cache.
- Website information: Technical data such as IP address, browser and device information, essential session data, and an anonymous demo identifier used for usage limits and to claim demo scrapes after sign-up.
Do not submit private pages, credentials, personal data, or confidential content that you lack authority to process. A source page can contain personal information even when it is publicly accessible.
How we use information
We use this information to provide the service, authenticate users, enforce key permissions, run and price requests, show activity, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, and maintain security. We also use aggregate operational information to improve reliability.
Caching and screenshots
The service can retain fetched page content in storage and reuse it when a later request permits caching. Cache access and pricing depend on the requesting organization and request settings. A returned screenshot URL is publicly accessible to anyone who has the URL. Do not request screenshots of pages that contain sensitive information.
Service providers
The application uses Clerk for authentication, Neon for database storage, Cloudflare R2 for stored page content and screenshots, AWS Amplify for webapp hosting, and Azure infrastructure for the API and supporting services. These providers process information to operate the service.
Cookies and local storage
The site uses session and security technologies for sign-in and stores a theme preference in local storage. See the cookie policy for details.
Retention and deletion
Account and request records, cached content, and backups may have different retention periods. We retain them as needed to provide and protect the service and to meet legal obligations. Request access, correction, or deletion using support@url2llm.com. We will assess the request under applicable law and explain any information that must be retained. Deleting an account does not necessarily remove previously generated public screenshot URLs immediately.
Security and transfers
We use access controls and other technical measures to protect service data. No service can guarantee absolute security. Data may be processed in locations where our providers operate.
Your choices and rights
You can revoke API keys in the dashboard. You can ask about the information associated with your account and request applicable privacy rights using support@url2llm.com. Rights vary by location.
Changes
We may update this policy when practices change. The date at the top of the page will show the latest version. Material changes should be communicated through an appropriate service channel.
